Using the ARaaS® Dashboard
One portfolio view, drillable to the asset, and a governance rhythm that turns the numbers into decisions.
The views
| Executive summary | The portfolio health index, the five pillar indices and the exceptions, on one page, with trend. |
|---|---|
| Pillar drilldown | Open a pillar to its OPIs, its worst sites and assets, and the app behind each number. |
| Asset hierarchy | Roll up and drill down along the same structure, from portfolio to site to system to equipment. |
| Trends and targets | Every index over time against its target and the GARPI™ benchmark, with red, amber and green status. |
| Exceptions and alerts | The reddening items across all pillars, ranked, ready to become review actions. |
| Module status | Which apps are licensed and live at each site, and where a pillar is not yet instrumented. |
A governance cadence
The dashboard is built to be run on a rhythm, not just watched:
| Daily | Operational teams act on the exceptions and alerts in their own apps; the dashboard shows the estate-level picture. |
|---|---|
| Weekly | Site reviews work the reddening leading indicators before they become events. |
| Monthly | A management review of the pillar indices, the trends and the actions from last month. |
| Quarterly | A business review of the portfolio index against target and benchmark, and the investment decisions that follow. |
Roles and access
Executives and asset managers read the portfolio and pillar view; site and reliability leaders work the drilldowns and the exceptions; the apps remain where the operational work is done. Access is by role and site, and because every number keeps its lineage, any figure in a review can be opened to its source on the spot.
A desk and boardroom view
The ARaaS® Dashboard is a browser-based executive and management view, used at a desk and in the review room, with no separate mobile app. Its job is to be read and acted on, and the action happens through the apps and the review cadence.
