Using OptimalOEE™
OptimalOEE™ presents OEE the way a reliability engineer would want it: from source, categorised and auditable. Here is what each view does and the two things that make the number trustworthy.
The views
| Overview | Plant and station OEE at a glance, a live shift-context band and a case-validation summary. Your first read of the shift. |
|---|---|
| Shift KPIs | One station in its shift: the OEE tile, availability, performance, quality, good count and losses, with a production and stoppage timeline. |
| Loss analytics | Every stop categorised and ranked, a Pareto of losses and a stoppage timeline, so the biggest recurring losses surface first. |
| Audit trail | Every correction attributed, timestamped and reversible, with before and after values. The record that makes your OEE defensible. |
| Dashboards | Availability, performance and quality trends and cross-station comparison, recomputed on every read. |
Live from source
OptimalOEE™ recomputes OEE from the underlying tables on every read rather than storing a cached number, so what you see is current and traceable back to the raw reading. There are no spreadsheet re-keys and no stored number that nobody can explain.
The audit trail
Corrections such as a quality override or a re-classified stoppage are recorded as attributed, reversible entries. Raw source counts stay immutable, so cleaning the data never costs the history, and the trail stays fit for certification and audit.
The Companion App
OptimalOEE™ Companion App
Live shift OEE, the current losses and alerts on the plant floor, without a desk. Pairs with your OptimalOEE™ instance and mirrors the same from-source number.
Available on AndroidRoles and access
Actions are role-gated (admin, manager, engineer, client), so who can correct, configure or only view is controlled. Open the live demo at demo.oee.optimalworld.org, or find every Optimal app at apphub.optimalworld.org.
