What does OptimalTREND™ do?

It monitors asset condition, detects developing faults early, and estimates the remaining useful life from the real trend, so an unplanned failure becomes planned work.

Do we need new sensors?

No. It is sensor-agnostic and reads your existing sensors, historian or SCADA. Dedicated sensing is added only where a critical asset is blind.

Is it prediction or diagnosis?

Diagnosis. It detects a real physical condition that shows failure is developing, and estimates the life left from that trend, not a population statistic.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The OptimalTREND™ mobile app, built in Flutter, puts asset health, alerts and remaining useful life on the move.

How does it fit the platform?
