What OptimalSPARES™ does

OptimalSPARES™ cleans and classifies the materials data, links parts to assets through the bill of materials, ranks each spare by criticality, and sets the min, max and reorder point that hit the target service level at the lowest stock. It distinguishes the fast consumable from the slow insurance spare and models each correctly, and it writes the result back to the ERP, ready for materials requirements planning. The outcome is less capital in the store and fewer stockouts at the worst moment.
