What OptimalIntegrity Studio™ does
OptimalIntegrity Studio™ runs a risk-based inspection programme end to end: it builds the equipment and corrosion-circuit register, screens the credible damage mechanisms automatically from materials and process conditions, assesses probability and consequence of failure to API 581, ranks the estate on a risk matrix, and turns that into an inspection plan with intervals, coverage and technique. Thickness data flows back in, corrosion rates and remaining life update, and fitness-for-service to API 579 decides whether damaged equipment can stay in service.
