One configured measurement stream ingested, analysed and retained for an asset. X, Y and Z vibration, temperature and audio each count as one point when enabled. An Optron-21M with all five streams therefore contributes five monitoring points. Individual hardware devices and acquisition channels are not chargeable units.

OptimalOEE™ measurement point

One distinct configured production-data input, such as count/presence, analog value, speed, position, operating state or downtime. Availability, Performance, Quality, OEE and other derived KPIs are included outputs and do not create additional chargeable points.

All OpEx – no upfront licence fee and no per-user cost. Baseline remediation, site installation, integration and project-specific works are scoped separately.

Technical and commercial assumptions

These are comparable planning presets, not a protection-system design or compliance statement. Every displayed TREND preset is expressed in chargeable monitoring points: specialist wired references allow two configured measurement streams per referenced position, while fully enabled fleet references allow five streams per position. Hardware quantities remain engineering inputs and are not displayed as billable units. API 670 informs protection scope for applicable critical machinery; ISO 20816 informs vibration measurement and evaluation; ISO 22400-2 defines manufacturing KPI concepts. None prescribes a universal monitoring-point or OEE-measurement-point count. Final scope depends on bearings, casings, duty, failure modes, operating states and site constraints.

How is ARaaS® priced?

OptimalTREND™ is priced per monitoring point and OptimalOEE™ per measurement point. These commercial units are configured data streams or inputs, not individual hardware devices or acquisition channels. OptimalSPARES™ uses ten bounded offers with their own commercial units: catalogue, delivery scope, processed or reviewed record, candidate pair, asset, connector/site, site/year or bounded analysis. USD is the source catalogue and the UK figures are indicative displays.

What is a TREND monitoring point?

One configured measurement stream ingested, analysed and retained for an asset. For comparable planning, specialist wired references allow two configured measurement streams per referenced position; fully enabled fleet references allow five streams per position: X, Y and Z vibration, temperature and audio. The calculator displays the resulting monitoring-point total, not a hardware count. Standard equipment presets use $305 per point per year; specialist machinery presets use $791.65. The applicable rate is selected automatically when you choose equipment. Hardware devices and acquisition channels are engineering components, not billable units.

What is an OEE measurement point?

One distinct configured production-data input used by the line model, such as count/presence, analog, speed, position, state or downtime. Availability, Performance, Quality, OEE and other calculated KPIs are included outputs and are not charged as additional points.

Can I start with just one app?
